PHS aren't required to take Bio 100 nor Physics, but there are certain upper-divs PHS students can take for major requirements that overlap with Bio major requirements, such as MicroBio lec/lab, Physio lec/lab, Immunology, Neurobio, etc. Once you begin your 3rd year, things are a little different.
The first two years of the majors are similar (bio 97-99 and Chem 51 series with lab). Grad schools don't have a preference where you take your courses, as long as you excel in them and apply the knowledge you've learned.
